Complex Multi-tenant Retail Appraisal

Always exciting when a property our office appraised is a headline. This is an area of renovation and redevelopment activity.  This property included national franchise tenants, vacant shell space, and a new lease to a pediatric ophthalmologist. A challenging appraisal assignment but great support from the brokers involved helped to expedite the delivery to make for an easy close.
